Description
The Product Manager is responsible for defining, executing, and continuously improving Aanaab's digital learning products by translating customer needs and business objectives into product initiatives. The role works closely with Engineering, Design, Content, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions that support business growth and enhance the learning experience.Role Responsibilities:
- Support in defining and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Aanaab's business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitors, and industry best practices through continuous research and user engagement.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, customer, and technical requirements to maximize product value.
- Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases on schedule.
- Prepare and maintain clear product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
- Lead product discovery activities by validating ideas, conducting user interviews, analyzing product usage, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Monitor product performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, translating insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Support product launches by working closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
- Act as the primary product representative by communicating product vision, priorities, and updates across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify product risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities while ensuring continuous product optimization and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- B Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing digital products throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or digital platforms is preferred.
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Strong understanding of Product Management principles and best practices.
- Experience creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization.
- Product discovery and customer research techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate customer and business requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Data-driven decision-making using product metrics and customer insights.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
