As a Product Manager at B. Braun you will play a vital role in....
- Strategic Portfolio Management: Formulate and execute product plans across the product lifecycle to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- KOL & Channel Development: Establish and maintain strong professional networks with key opinion leaders and major hospital channels.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Deliver effective marketing strategies, product training, and promotional materials to empower sales teams.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Monitor healthcare market trends and competitor activities within the General Surgery field to find new opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs, to drive seamless campaign execution.
What you will bring to the team
- Surgical Industry Insight: 4-6 years of medical device experience with a solid understanding of the General Surgery field.
- Structured & Organized Mindset: Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a highly methodical approach to project management.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Proactive ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans with sharp attention to detail.
- Drive & Initiative: A self-motivated professional with strong execution skills and a dynamic drive to implement new ideas.
