In addition to an employee’s base pay, below are some of the rewards that are included in The Marvin Companies Total Rewards package:
Paid Time Off:
The Marvin Companies offers employees various forms of time off, including Paid Time Off (PTO, Vacation or Personal Days) and paid holidays.
Profit Sharing Plan:
The Profit Sharing Plan gives employees some of their reward in cash, while the rest is deferred into their retirement account. They also have the option to put the “cash” that is given to them directly into their 401(k) Account.
401(k) Retirement Plan:
Marvin employees’ 401(k) contributions come out of their paycheck, saving them money on state and federal taxes. Currently, the company matches 3% of compensation if you contribute 6% of your pay into the plan.
