About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Independent Advisor Group as part of Wealth & Investment Management. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:
  • Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services
  • Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
  • Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables
  • Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved
  • Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience with Independent Brokerage or Retail Brokerage related to the core functions, including CRM, reporting, trading, account opening and money movement
  • Ability to engage with end users to understand any potential pain points and identify industry trends to develop strategies
  • Demonstrated experience to execute on established strategies by managing the project and effectively collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Proficiency using Jira, Jira Align and MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills with customers, Financial Advisors and leadership
Job Expectations:
  • Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
  • Travel possibly up to 10% of the time
