Description

At Accenture, our Innovation Consulting team helps clients not only brainstorm big ideas, but also build the innovation capabilities necessary to support and sustain those pursuits. We solve for the "the How" - How will these new ideas deliver maximum impact for our clients' organizations? How can we help our clients scale their innovation efforts?

We are a team of intrapreneurs, catalysts, industry specialists, leaders, makers, investors, and consumers. We are looking for individuals to join our team who can simultaneously understand the big picture and have a strong command of the details. The team is seeking an Innovation Consultant who is excited to help our clients build their own innovation capabilities (labs, studios, hubs, ventures, etc.) and maximize their investments.

As an Innovation Consultant, you will be responsible for building positive relationships with client teams, proactively sharing ideas and recommendations for practice improvement, and contributing to a culture of collaboration and shared success. You will help mobilize client teams to deliver innovative solutions, including operating models, value cases, and roadmaps. You should have a passion for working with clients and teams to activate new ways of working to enable the prototyping, piloting, and scaling of new products and services. You will be expected to deliver with the highest quality but also should be open to experiment, fail, and learn in the process. Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years consulting experience in a client-facing role
  • 1+ years' experience in innovation strategy


CORE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SKILLS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record as an outstanding problem-solver and strategic thinker
  • Able to synthesize disperse information into effective strategies and insights
  • Translating complex ideas into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Quantitative & qualitative value-case development
  • Client relationship skills and strong business development acumen
  • Confident to author, facilitate and produce client visits and workshops independently
  • Balances entrepreneurial mindset with a one team mentality
  • Thinks outside the box when solving for new challenges/constraints
  • Knowledge of competitive products/services in the market
  • Experience design operating models and building change management plan
  • Ability to successfully lead, coach, and develop a client team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and evolving environment


As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $92,700 - $138,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
