The City recently created the Director of Human Resources & Innovation position to strengthen organizational effectiveness, foster a thriving workplace culture, leverage technology, and modernize systems and processes. The successful candidate will be skilled at building relationships, partnering across departments, and leveraging technology and business systems to improve organizational effectiveness and service delivery.

Requirements

Competitive candidates will offer eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in human resources and administrative services, including at least three years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. A Bachelor's degree is required.
