Job Description:

The Product Manager required for this role is expected to play a critical role in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, business model, and field enablement for the market leading DX Operational Intelligence product line.

Essential Functions
  • Lead new product development through entire lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration. Define, test, and validate innovative solutions in R&D phases through user testing, PoCs, etc.
  • Track evolving user needs, industry trends, and competitor activity, and develop a nuanced understanding of user workflows and pain points.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal product, technology, marketing, and sales teams to scope, define, and execute new product development
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going customer and prospect interaction, working with customer support, and analyzing competitive intelligence
  • Ensure smooth implementation of products and services through project management and account teams.
  • Driving a solution set across engineering teams via Product Owner role within Agile Scrum framework.
  • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to deliver the industry leading user experience.
  • Position requires travel to conferences, trade events, remote team sites and customer locations (up to 25%)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; major in business, engineering, computer science preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years product management experience including strategic planning and implementation required; experience managing web-based, Software-as-a-Service products preferred.
  • Prior experience with AI/ML based and/or IT Operations Management technologies a plus.
