The Associate Product Manager- Software will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Software Product Manager . you will be In-charge of develop software products to build out our ecosystem. We have hundreds of thousands of devices in the field, controlling our solar trackers and advanced energy storage systems. To realise our vision to be market leaders and trendsetters, we need disruptive innovation and conscious automation efforts. Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to define incremental product requirements.

Work with customers as well as management, sales, and other customer facing teams to understand business requirements and define new functional requirements

Assist in the launch of new products and sustaining of products in different stages of the product lifecycle.

Evaluate the feasibility of the proposed design/solution with the product owners, and designers

Should write user stories and own sprint

Should own product roadmap with excellent requirement analysis and prioritization skills

Work with the product leadership team to define goals with measurable key performance indicators.

Provide expertise in the planning phase of the potential solution

Work with other PMs, developers and QAs for product delivery and optimisation.

Define, Document, and Evolve best practices, product plan & features

Set and strive toward reaching professional development goals

Here is some of what you will need (required)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline with 2+ years of relevant work experience as application development or software engineering.

Excellent analytical skills and making recommendations based on data using tools like PowerBi, Tableau etc.

Experience in gathering and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data from customers

Comfortable in interacting with multiple stakeholders including engineers, solutions experts, designers, and customers

The attitude of getting things done

Experience in detailed solution scoping with wireframes in tools like Figma, Canva etc.

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in delivering solutions in an Agile and Scrum-based iterative delivery model

Collaborate effectively on projects with technical and non-technical team members

Experience in working with teams spread across multiple locations and time zones.

Must be willing to dive into software environments and technical issues.

Strong leadership, time management, problem-solving skills, and resource administration.

A strong desire and ability to learn quickly.
