As part of our team, you'll be challenged every day to shape the future of our Enterprise Sales & Marketing Teams. Here's what you'll be doing:
Role: Sr. Associate Digital Product Manager
As a Sr. Associate Digital Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving improvements to our digital acquisition marketing products and delivering innovative capabilities for our marketing and sales partners. You'll help define our product roadmap and strategy across digital acquisition, working closely with product teams, stakeholders, managed services, and end users to drive adoption, refinement, and value. This role positions you at the center of global markets, prospect segments, and business lines-crucial areas where your impact will be felt.
In this high-profile role, you'll enable cutting-edge, cross-channel capabilities that empower our marketing teams to drive digital engagement and elevate prospect experiences at scale. You'll also play a key role in continuously improving our capabilities, serving as the essential link between our users and teams, and helping us iterate, test, and learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers: Partner with the Prospect Marketing Capabilities Sr. Digital Product Manager to enhance our digital marketing products and develop new capabilities. Become a subject matter expert, deeply understanding the needs of our partners and shaping our product strategy.
- Drive Engineering Initiatives: Work closely with our engineering team to ensure they understand the business outcomes we aim to achieve. Assist in advancing key initiatives, crafting stories, and maintaining documentation alongside the Sr. Digital Product Manager.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with marketing, data, sales, technology, and compliance teams. Understand their needs, advocate for optimal solutions, and help prioritize workstreams. Serve as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment across all parties.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in a product development or marketing technology role.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce CRM).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to align stakeholders, influence priorities, and foster positive relationships.
- Curiosity & Problem-Solving: Passionate about understanding complex systems and processes and finding ways to improve them.
- Self-Motivation: Energetic, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Project Management: Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile software development methodology.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
